Sennheiser Electronic GmbH & Co, a German audio company, is expanding its presence in Thailand's lucrative but untapped wireless gaming headset market. Gaming headsets with Dolby surround sound have become an essential component for a quality gaming experience, said Tim Volker, sales and marketing director for gaming at Sennheiser Communications A/S in Denmark. Martin Low, managing director of Sennheiser Electronic Asia Pte, said the gaming headset market has seen rapid growth over the past several years. But the company's global gaming headset sales revenue accounted for less than 20% of total revenue, with the consumer audio market making up 80% of the total. Its gaming headset products prices start from 3,990 to 12,490 baht apiece.
